Ellwood City Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a Journeyman Technician to diagnose and repair a range of vehicle systems in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role offers a pay range up to $60 per hour, with incentive-based pay and top flat rate hours. We provide paid training, manufacturer certifications, and career advancement opportunities, along with health benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequately explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Located at Napleton's Ellwood City CDJR, the Journeyman Technician is responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.
