Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Journeyman Sheet Metal Installer or similar role.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with sheet metal tools and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Ability to safely work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and other construction documents.
• Install and secure sheet metal products according to specifications.
• Inspect and measure sheet metal installations for conformance to specifications.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, and sheet metal machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance on sheet metal products and equipment.
• Work safely at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients, suppliers, and management.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction with services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools/equipment are in good condition.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Journeyman Sheet Metal Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in sheet metal installation, HVAC systems, and a proven track record of exceptional workmanship. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining sheet metal products and equipment, such as ducts, control boxes, drainpipes, and furnace casings.

Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and other construction documents.
2. Install and secure sheet metal products according to specifications.
3. Inspect and measure sheet metal installations, products, and equipment for conformance to specifications.
4. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, and sheet metal machinery.
5. Perform routine maintenance on sheet metal products and equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts.
6. Work safely at heights and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
7. Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
8. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and management.
9. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Sheet Metal Installer or in a similar role.
2. OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Certification.
3. Experience with sheet metal tools and machinery.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
5. Ability to safely work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.
6. HVAC Journeyman License.
7. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
8. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. High school diploma or equivalent. A trade school or apprenticeship program completion is preferred.
