Fields LexusGlenview is a dealership seeking a positive team member to provide a luxury experience for both internal and external customers. Our goal is to deliver the best customer experience and build life-long relationships.

Responsibilities include performing repairs per repair orders, test-driving vehicles, diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, and communicating with the Service Advisor about additional work. Toyota/Lexus experience is a plus; 5+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Experience with Toyota/Lexus brands is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to learn new technology and repair procedures.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.

• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience required
• Toyota / Lexus experience a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Computer skills

• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines.

PAY: 29.00 - 49.60 DOE
