Role Overview
Journeyman Service Plumber
Since opening our doors in 1971, homeowners in the Central Kentucky area have trusted Fayette Heating and Air with all their heating, air conditioning, and electrical needs.
H2O Maestro was established in 2009, as the plumbing division ofFayette Heating & Air.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Structure: $25-$35 hourly + Commissions & Spiffs or Pay per piece by level completed
Schedule: 4 or 5 day work week - multiple options and schedules available!
Company Vehicle and gas card included!
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plumbing Repairs: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, broken pipes, drain cleaning, and faulty fixtures.
- Service Calls: Conduct service calls for emergency plumbing needs, assessing and resolving issues on-site.
- Installation: Install plumbing systems, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures as needed.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and plumbing regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of services performed and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately complete service reports, estimates, and invoices.
Required Experience:
- Active Kentucky Journeyman’s License
- 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and enter confined spaces as needed.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and tools
Preferred Experience:
- Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)
