Enterprise Electrical is seeking a skilled Service Driver Electrician to deliver on-site electrical service calls and lead a small team of helpers in commercial settings.

You will drive to service locations, supervise apprentices, ensure safety and code compliance, document work, interact with customers, and collaborate with teammates to complete projects on schedule. A Texas license is required.

Qualifications

We are searching for a skilled and reliable Service Driver Electrician to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving to various service locations, leading electrical service calls, and ensuring the successful completion of electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in commercial settings. • Service Calls: Drive to assigned service locations to perform electrical service calls, including troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and maintenance in commercial settings
• Leadership: Lead and supervise Service Technician Helpers or apprentices assigned to your team, providing guidance and support as necessary to complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Safety Compliance: Prioritize safety during all service calls, ensuring that you and your team follow established safety protocols, use appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintain a safe work environment
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your electrical expertise to diagnose electrical issues accurately and provide effective solutions. Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes and regulations
• Documentation: Accurately document all work completed, including service reports, invoices, and any relevant paperwork associated with electrical projects
• Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Provide excellent customer service, building positive relationships
• Equipment and Inventory: Oversee the proper handling, organization, and maintenance of tools, materials, and equipment used during service calls
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, including Service Technician Helpers and other electricians, to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, electrical codes, and emerging technologies to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Possession of a Texas Journeyman or Master electrical license. Significant experience in the electrical industry with a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems and components
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to oversee and mentor a team
• Clean driving history along with a valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic, timeliness, and dependability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to lift and transport heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds)
• Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and at elevated heights while utilizing appropriate safety gear
