Enterprise Electrical in Texas is seeking a skilled Service Driver Electrician to join our team. You will drive to service locations, lead electrical service calls, and oversee installations, maintenance, and repairs in commercial settings.

You will supervise Service Technician Helpers, prioritize safety, document all work, and interact with clients to ensure top-tier service. The role requires a TX journeyman/master license, strong driving record, and reliable teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned service locations to perform electrical service calls, including troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and maintenance in commercial settings.
• Lead and supervise Service Technician Helpers or apprentices assigned to your team, providing guidance and support to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Prioritize safety during all service calls, ensuring proper PPE usage and a safe work environment.
• Diagnose electrical issues accurately and provide effective solutions while complying with electrical codes and regulations.
• Document all work completed, including service reports and invoices.
• Interact professionally with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
• Oversee handling, organization, and maintenance of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
• Stay updated on industry trends, electrical codes, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Possession of a Texas Journeyman or Master electrical license. Significant experience in the electrical industry with a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems and components
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to oversee and mentor a team
• Clean driving history along with a valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic, timeliness, and dependability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to lift and transport heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds)
• Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and at elevated heights while utilizing appropriate safety gear
