Job summary

Facility Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking a field service technician to diagnose, install, and repair electrical systems at customer sites. The role requires a Texas Journeyman License or reciprocity, with a $500 sign-on bonus and full-time status.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical issues, installing and maintaining equipment, and educating customers on safety and preventive maintenance. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in commercial environments.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills; ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing for prolonged periods.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Texas Journeyman License or Journeyman License from reciprocating states.
