Job summary

Peerless Technologies seeks a Journeyman Security Manager to support the F-22 Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. You will interface with government and military stakeholders and provide security support for the F-22 Security Branch in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers security management, program protection, and safeguarding CPI/CC up to TS/SCI, maintaining JPAS/JADE accounts, and developing SCGs, PSDs, and PPPs.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant DoD Security Manager experience.
• Level 1 certified in the DCSA CDSE SPeD Program or demonstrable training currency.
• Top Secret clearance with SAP/SCI eligibility if required.

Peerless Technologies is seeking a Journeyman Security Manager to support the F-22 Program Office located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The F-22 Program Office is a fast-paced environment supporting a broad array of Divisions and Branches supporting the F-22 Raptor Fleet. You will interface with various government and military stakeholders, including the Weapon System Prime Contractor, and provide Security support for the F-22 Security Branch, in support of the F-22 Program Office mission.

The successful candidate will support the F-22 Program by providing the following skills/activities in support of F-22 Security operations; you will:

• Provide a wide range of security management, analytical, technical and support services for programs managed by DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, AFLCMC/WA Directorate and specific programs as needed.
• Support the implementation of information, personnel and industrial security programs to ensure classified material is protected according to DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, directorate, division and program directives.
• Ensure implementation of the resource protection, force protection, and anti-terrorism programs IAW DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, directorate, division and program security policy / instructions.
• Provide advisory assistance in evaluating security and administrative procedures associated with handling Critical Program Information (CPI)/Critical Components (CC) from unclassified material, up to and including Top Secret (TS), special access and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
• Maintain active Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and Joint Access Database Enterprise (JADE) accounts and assist with verifying personnel security clearances and SAP accesses.
• Develop and maintain time-phased, event-driven Security Classification Guides (SCGs), Program Security Directives (PSDs), and Program Protection Plans (PPPs) with associated annexes as required.
• Assist the F-22 Program Office by providing directorate security operations support, and by preparing and coordinating security-related briefing materials and provide security-related technical assistance to the directorate for briefings, meetings, and conferences.

REQUIREMENTS

• General Experience requirements:
  • At least five years of relevant DoD Security Manager experience.
    • This experience should encompass collateral classified activities, preferably in support of Department of War programs.
  • The candidate shall be Level 1 certified in the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) CDSE Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) Program. In lieu of certification, demonstrable training currency with DCSA training pertaining to information, personnel, industrial and physical security programs through DCSA is acceptable.
• Clearance requirements:
  • Top Secret Clearance, and able to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility if required.
