Job summary

CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems, located in Town of Grand Rapids, is looking for skilled individuals to install refrigeration systems. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience, EPA Certification Type II, and proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $35.00 to $50.00 per hour, along with a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry preferably in commercial refrigeration.
• Ability to install and wire refrigeration systems as per specifications.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install refrigeration systems following customer specifications.
• Provide construction support for piping cooler boxes and cases.
• Weld and slip hose copper pipes and assist the foreman as needed.
• Install new or remodel supermarket refrigeration systems.

Skills

Knowledge of electrical systems

Knowledge of carpentry

Knowledge of plumbing

Ability to read blueprints

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Knowledge of jobsite safety

Ability to work with minimal supervision

EPA Certification (Type II)
