Job summary

Don Selvy Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Program Analyst to support the Tomahawk Weapons System Program Office (PMX-280) at Patuxent River, MD. The role involves analytic evaluation of objectives, requirements, budgets, and schedules, plus data management and reporting.

The ideal candidate will perform doc development, SOW/WAA preparation, budget submissions, and program phase management using AMS CSPT, TOMIS, and Excel. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in business, management, or engineering.
• 3 to 10 years of experience performing program management or analytical duties.
• DAWIA certification or equivalent is desirable; experience in NAVAIR programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly support the Obsolescence IPT Lead and assist with program actions.
• Develop, route, and manage SOWs and WAAs for field activities.
• Prepare budget submissions and maintain program phasing against benchmarks.
• Prepare PIDs and interface with Contracts to ensure execution.
• Create briefing materials and records for risk and reporting boards.
