Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The role focuses on cost, schedule, and performance management across engineering, test, logistics, contracts, and IPTs.

Responsibilities include acquisition documentation, capability planning, SoS integration, and briefing materials for senior leadership and DON stakeholders. A Secret clearance is required. Hybrid work is possible in this role.

Qualifications

• Senior - over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 5 of those years performing management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Experience supporting NAVAIR programs is desirable.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage tasking, action items, RFIs, and executive correspondence while providing recommendations to the Level II IPT Lead.
• Collaborate with Level I/II IPT Leads, Product IPTs, and external stakeholders to support capability roadmaps and SoS integration.
• Assist in planning, execution, and financial management of CIT activities, including spend plans and PMT/PIDs.
• Develop, manage, and deliver presentations for internal teams, prime contractors, subcontractors, and DON leadership.
