Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• 1+ years of service plumbing experience
• Valid Tradesman/Journeyman Plumbing License
• Clean driving record
• Time management skills
• Basic software understanding
• Self-motivation

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve plumbing problems
• Work with customers to determine the best solution
• Charge and collect payments for work performed
• Document and log job in ServiceTitan with photos
• Maintain service vehicle and present a clean appearance
• Manage stress and handle difficult customer situations
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Follow safety instructions and maintain vehicle cleanliness
