M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking a Residential Plumbing Installer in Colorado. The role requires a focus on reliable service delivery in a fast-paced residential environment.

It is a full-time position with rotating on-call duties, offering high earning potential with piece-rate pay and upsell commissions. The candidate should have 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience and be skilled with a range of piping materials.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Experience performing residential plumbing installations and repairs.
• Knowledge of boiler piping, circulator pumps, expansion tanks, and zone valves preferred.
• Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes.
• Journeyman license a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Professional and customer-focused approach in residential homes.

Responsabilidades

• Install, replace, and repair residential plumbing systems and equipment, including water heaters, boilers, lines, drains and gas lines.
• Complete re-pipes, water heater installations, drains and sewers work.
• Measure, cut, thread, fit, assemble, and connect piping.
• Work with PEX, copper, PVC, ABS, cast iron, and other materials.
• Use plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers.
• Document details of all calls, materials used, estimates, and recommendations.
• Complete tasks per company quality, safety, and customer service standards.
