Qualifications

2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to educate homeowners and present repair options.
Excellent customer service and communication.
Journeyman plumbing license is a plus.
Comfortable with tablets and mobile software for estimates.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems.
Present Good, Better, Best repair options to fit home and budget.
Identify opportunities for system improvements and maintenance.
Perform repairs per local codes and company standards.
Prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation via mobile tech.
Maintain a clean vehicle and professional appearance.
Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and income potential.
Achieve performance, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
