This role emphasizes building long‑term relationships and maximizing earnings through uncapped commissions while delivering exceptional workmanship on every service call.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Ability to educate homeowners and present Good/Better/Best options.
• Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems.
• Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems.
• Present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options that fit home and budget.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, water quality solutions, fixture replacements, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform repairs in compliance with local plumbing codes and company quality standards.
• Complete accurate estimates, invoices, and service documentation using mobile technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to improve skills and income potential.
• Consistently achieve individual performance, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to identify additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer‑first approach.
• Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes.
• Journeyman plumbing license is a plus.
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile software to complete estimates and service documentation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work collaboratively with team members.
• Committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and an outstanding customer experience on every service call.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
