Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Technician at the El Paso facility to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and on-call support. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing, electrical, and related systems while coordinating with contractors and management to meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, maintaining equipment, and ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• 2 years’ experience in the plumbing trade.
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in good standing in the state of work.
• License in related trade in city/state of work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation of a Walmart facility and complete assigned maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Respond to emergency calls and manage work orders and schedules.
• Operate and test machinery, tools, and equipment following safety procedures.
