Qualifications

• Two-three (2-3) years’ experience in building maintenance is preferable in a Health Care Facility.
• Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Painting, Drywall installation/finishing and locksmith experience.
• Must have experience with steam boilers, boilers and knowledge of water testing.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility and accountability for hospital plumbing, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
• The Plumber performs preventative maintenance and needed repairs or upgrades on all hospital mechanical equipment in accordance with national and local codes, facility guidelines and manufacturers’ recommendations.
