Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber license required.
• 5–10 years plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Current driver’s license with clean record.
• Residential field service exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor to complex plumbing service work on residential or light commercial systems.
• Ensure the job is completed correctly and no unnecessary callbacks occur after completion.
• Explain services to clients and secure their satisfaction before leaving the site.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on job and in vehicle.
• Wears shoe coverings and keeps work area neat during repairs or service.
• Maintain 40–45 hour work weeks depending on workload.

JOB DUTIES

• Perform minor to complex plumbing service work on residential or light commercial plumbing systems
• Ensures the job was completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Explains services performed to the client upon completion, ensure client satisfaction with all work before leaving job site
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times
• Wears shoe coverings in client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• 40-45 work weeks depending on work load.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• A Journeyman Plumber’s license
• At least 5-10 years of plumbing experience
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pass background and drug checks
• Field service experience in a residential setting (Preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
