Plumbing Careers at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® offer paid holidays and vacations, 401K with employer matching, uniforms, and company vehicles. Shifts are Mon‑Fri 7:00 am–3:00 pm or 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with plans to offer Tues‑Sat shifts and explore four ten‑hour days in lieu of five eight‑hour days.

Job Summary

Experienced Journeyman Plumbers will be servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems for clients.

Job Duties

• Utilize Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call.
• Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintain a neat work area.
• Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to ensure everything is working properly.
• Explain services performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed.
• Ensure clients are 100 % satisfied with all work.

Minimum Requirements

• A Journeyman Plumber is considered senior level and typically operates their own truck.
• All applicable licensing is required.

Compensation: $50,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
