Position Title: Journeyman Plumber

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Conduct sewer line cleaning and repairs, as well as water service replacements.
• Diagnose and educate customers on plumbing deficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform hydronic heating work, including maintenance and troubleshooting for both commercial and residential.
• Adhere to all safety standards and company protocols.
• Drive a company-provided vehicle to job sites and communicate with clients professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Plumber license (Philadelphia license is a plus).
• Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physically able to bend, walk, crawl, climb ladders, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to educate clients.
• Experience in hydronic heating systems.
• Preferred but Not Required: Backflow testing certification, Air conditioning experience, Sales training and upselling skills.

Schedule
