Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years of experience in pipefitting, depending on level.
• Able to read drawings and use a tape measure.
• Able to use framing square for pipefitting tasks; proficient with power tools.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping and piping systems and related equipment.
• Follow procedures; work checked frequently; report to Foreman.
• Utilize various joints and fittings and ensure proper supports and safety standards.
