Acts Retirement-Life Communities is hiring a Painter/Journeyman to perform surface preparation and finish work on interior and exterior surfaces at our communities. You will select materials, apply coatings, and ensure high-quality results.

The role also includes assisting with ordering materials, estimating paint needs, and coordinating schedules with other project phases. A valid driver's license and 1–2 years of painting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of painting experience.
• Construction or maintenance related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine to complex surface preparation and apply coatings to interior/exterior surfaces.
• Select appropriate paint materials and apply primer, paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer.
• Assist with ordering materials, estimating paint needs, and coordinating with other project phases.
