Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply paints and protective finishes to building exteriors and interiors.
• Prepare surfaces, erect scaffolding, and perform surface repairs.
• Mix paints, select colors, and operate painting equipment safely.
• Transport materials to work sites and maintain painting tools and equipment.
• Prepare estimates, work orders, and related documentation.
• Work in physically demanding conditions with bending, lifting, and exposure to heights.
