Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using appropriate equipment.

Skills

Proficient in restoration techniques including caulking and stucco application

Strong knowledge of construction painting methods and materials

Basic math skills for estimating quantities of paint and materials required

Experience with dry-wall work

Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively
