Job summary

MATTHEW S REYES is seeking an experienced Journeyman Painter to join the team. You will prepare and perform exterior and interior painting in residential and light commercial settings. A positive attitude and commitment to quality are essential.

Candidates should have 4 years of painting experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and customer service skills. You must be able to lift and transport up to 20 lbs and work with the crew to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in residential or commercial painting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary.
• Inspect paint jobs for quality.
• Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment.
• Follow Lead's instructions.
