Naval Systems, Inc. (NSI) seeks a Journeyman Operations Research Analyst/Project Scheduler to support PMA 266. You will develop, baseline, maintain, and analyze networked IGS schedules across multiple IPTs and stakeholders, ensuring critical path visibility and schedule integrity.

A Secret clearance is required and U.S. citizenship is mandatory. The role is hybrid in Lexington Park, MD, with 1–2 days per week in the office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of networked schedule development experience.
• Experience with critical path method and baselines.
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• U.S. citizen with Secret clearance required.

Hiring Bonus: $2,500.00 Description: NSI requires a Journeyman Operations Research Analyst/Project Scheduler to support PMA 266 Multi-Mission Tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems Program Office. The Scheduler will provide IGS support for the PMA-266 Multi-Mission Tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems team (e.g., Develop, baseline, maintain, analyze networked Integrated Government Schedules (IGSs). Responsible for developing/assisting in responding to frequent ad-hoc scheduling requests from the program team and managing the requests of multiple IPTs. Will integrate project activities across multiple IPTs and external stakeholders into several Integrated Government Schedules (IGS). Communicate and be able to ask questions to IPT leads and team members in order to obtain information from them to properly develop, update & maintain the IGSs. Expected to communicate and meet with Level 1 and 0 leadership to review products and implement and develop the program vision. The Scheduler should have experience building complex schedules that capture program requirements through interactions with multiple IPTs and external stakeholders. Establish and maintain a baseline that reflects the projects critical path and maintain a current schedule business rhythm and adjust if needed. Provide critical path analysis, what if scenarios, and facilitate schedule related assessments i.e. Deep-Dive, Scrubs, etc. Location: Lexington Park, MD: Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in office. Education: Bachelor's Degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering preferred. Allowable Substitution: Associate's Degree may be substituted with 8+ years of experience OR
HS Diploma may be substituted with 10+ years of experience Experience: At least four (4)+ years of experience with networked schedule development, critical path method, baseline and status using milestones, task, duration, lead/lag, and other standard data points/aspects of schedule development, maintenance, and analysis. Experience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
