Job summary

WORKFORCE - Staffing Solutions is assisting a client in the manufacturing sector in Wood County, Wisconsin, to hire a Journeyman Millwright for our maintenance team onsite. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a strong focus on safety, with duties including preventative maintenance, rebuilds, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and project work.

Compensation is $44–$49 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a 401K.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Must pass pre-employment checks (medical/drug screen/background check)
• Must be able to work occasional on-call rotations as needed.
• Must be living in the area and authorized to work for any US employer
