Job summary

Leverage Mechanical Services in Port Lavaca, TX seeks a skilled Millwright to maintain and repair industrial equipment, ensure safety compliance, and support production goals. The position requires hands-on troubleshooting, installation, alignment and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime in a demanding industrial setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating with operations, meeting safety guidelines, and handling a flexible schedule with on-call duties, weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Qualifications

• US work authorization.
• 5-10 years of Millwright experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment.
• Basic computer record-keeping skills.
• 10-15 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings, pumps and lubrication.
• Experience with using precision measuring tools.

Basic Qualifications
