Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Millwright to join the Neenah Maintenance team. A valid WI State Journeyman Card is required for the role.

You will plan and perform maintenance, coordinate with outside contractors, install equipment per code, troubleshoot with test instruments, and ensure safe operation. The position features a 12‑hour rotating shift with days and nights, and a starting pay of $39.52/hour with double time on Sundays and holidays.

Qualifications

• WI State Journeyman Card is required for Millwright.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement work, including coordination with outside contractors.
• Modify installations to minimize waste and ensure future maintenance access.
• Prepare sketches or follow diagrams to ensure wiring is concealed as walls/ceiling/flooring are completed.
• Use test instruments to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts, following safety requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled.
• Follow lock-out/tag-out, electrical hot-work and confined space procedures.
• Adhere to GMP and AIB policies and plant housekeeping.
