Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of heavy industrial field experience as a Mechanical Millwright.
• Five years of experience with steam turbine systems preferred.
• Must have a locking toolbox and tools necessary for the job.
• Able to identify various types of machinery and understand their operations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Perform rigging and use rigging equipment safely.
• Install and repair various types of machinery and equipment.

Skills

Heavy industrial field experience

Proficient in installing and maintaining machinery

Blueprint reading

Rigging procedures

Troubleshooting and maintenance

Education

NCCER certification in Industrial Millwright (preferred)
