Pay Range

$65,000 - $100,000.01/year

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Lead and oversee crews of 2-10 plumbers
• Maintain valid plumbing license and ensure compliance with codes
• Attend job meetings and coordinate with project supervisors
• Ensure work quality and accurate documentation
• Work independently and mentor apprentices

Minimum Requirements

• Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI
• 3+ years of lead plumber experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
• Proficiency with tools and effective communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in the US
