We are hiring an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in either our Hampton Roads or Richmond Markets offices!

We are seeking a reliable and skilled HVAC Service Technician with Journeyman or Master-level experience to join our team. If you are passionate about providing top-tier service, have a strong background in commercial equipment, and want to be part of a supportive team with excellent benefits — this could be your next career move!

Our starting wage is between $30 and $48 per hour, depending on your experience!

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' HVAC experience
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems (Commercial equipment)
• Ability to climb ladders and lift tools and parts as needed
• Must be EPA certified
• Must be reliable, a strong communicator, and a team player
• Must reside in the Hampton Roads or Richmond markets

Nice to Have:

• Master’s or Journeyman’s license
