Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Install, repair, or replace components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
• Interact professionally with customers, address concerns, explain repair options, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent.
• Stay informed about industry advancements and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with residential HVAC systems.
• Associate degree from a 2-year college or technical school.
• Valid EPA Universal certification.
• OSHA, NATE, and CFC certifications are a plus; CFC certification is required.
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in various settings, including attics and crawl spaces.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
