Colonial Plumbing Heating Air in Colonial Heights, VA is seeking to hire a full-time HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems in our customers' homes and businesses, as well as perform preventative maintenance. If you are a skilled HVAC Technician looking to build a successful, long-term career, this could be the opportunity for you!

We offer a competitive wage of $27-$37/hour based on experience, along with a $1000 sign-on bonus. Our HVAC Technicians are eligible for various perks and benefits, including health, dental, AFLAC (pre-tax), AD&D, life insurances, and a 401(k). We provide six paid holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) and generous PTO after 90 days, which increases with tenure:

1. 40 hours - start through year 3
2. 80 hours - 3rd year through year 6
3. 120 hours - 7th year through year 19
4. 160 hours - 20th year+

Work Schedule

Our HVAC Service Technicians typically work Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with flexibility, and rotate overtime, weekend, and on-call 24-hour service shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation, maintenance, or related experience OR comparable education
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
