Hans-Mill Corp is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Jacksonville, FL to repair and sustain production equipment. The role covers injection machines, baggers, conveyors, and related automation, with emphasis on safety, troubleshooting, and reliable repairs.

You will work in a high-automation environment, perform preventive maintenance, and implement practical improvements to minimize downtime. Relocation and a 12-hour shift are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Journeyman's active card/certificate required.
• Maintenance experience of 3 years required.
• Driver's License required.
• Ability to commute to Jacksonville, FL 32254 and relocate before starting.
• Schedule: 12-hour shift, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe working environment and maintain safety.
• Organize spare parts storage and replenishment.
• Troubleshoot equipment systemically.
• Repair/increase efficiency of injection machines, baggers, conveyors and related automation.
• Diagnose issues and implement effective repairs.
• Recommend solutions and spare parts for frequent failures.
• Operate overhead cranes and complete internal lift-truck training.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
