Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant technical, electrical, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Electrical Journeyman license or recognized electrical apprenticeship completion.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, motor controls, sensors, drives, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Experience performing Manufacturing Technician tasks while maintaining safety and production priorities.

Responsibilities

• Fix, repair, and maintain PLC-controlled equipment and robotic systems.
• Read and act on electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document work in CMMS.
• Support equipment installation, startup, testing, and validation activities.
• Lead or support root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide coaching and on-the-job certification for Manufacturing Technicians.
