Job summary

KS Large Bore Pistons Group in Marinette, WI seeks a Maintenance Technician for a full-time role. A Journeyman's Card is required to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of industrial equipment including robotics, CNC, drives, and HVAC systems.

You will install and relocate machinery, perform electrical work, participate in preventive maintenance, and coordinate with process engineers and outside contractors. Comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Requires a Journeyman's Card.
• Basic math experience.
• Ability to obtain a forklift license by KSLP standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a variety of industrial equipment including robotics, CNC, drives, induction and resistive furnaces, water systems, gauges, lathes, mills, hydraulics, pneumatics.
• Adjust mechanical and electrical production machinery to meet specifications.
• Install or relocate mechanical and electrical production machinery and ensure operation to specifications.
• Run, install, hook-up and troubleshoot electrical wiring.
• Perform fabrication activities (bending, shearing, grinding, welding, painting).
• Lead small projects with outside contractors and ensure timely completion.
