Qualifications

• 5–7 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Proficient in preventative maintenance and work orders.
• Experience using a CMMS system.

Responsibilities

• Work Order completion.
• Preventative Maintenance completion.
• Problem identification and resolution.
• Design of minor plumbing/piping systems.
• Determination of materials and supplies required for problem resolution.
• Documentation of activities.
• Utilization of the CMMS.
• Communicating with the department's management.
