Medxcel is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Professional at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, and support a range of building services in a hospital setting.

The role requires experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems, plus a trade-school background. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans and professional development opportunities.

Formación

• Must be graduate of trade school with 2 years of experience.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Any other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.

Responsabilidades

• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
• May be assigned more complex assignments that include multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction to complete the maintenance or repair.
• Specialized knowledge and expertise in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems are required to perform a variety of duties.
• Repairing heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Installation and maintenance of motors and of specialized equipment.
