Starting pay ranges from $43.59 to $62.27 per hour, with progression through steps. Candidates must meet Line School/Journeyman requirements, hold a valid CDL, and be able to work with a team in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Line School or Journeyman certificate or state issued Journeyman certificate.
• Must meet driver qualification requirements with valid CDL (Class A).
• Must be qualified as 3rd Step Apprentice Lineman or higher.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of the Lineman classification.
• Work on overhead and underground electric distribution and transmission systems.
• Maintain safety and provide quality customer service.
• Be prepared for after-hours emergency call-outs.
