Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Lineman certification required.
• Completed qualified apprenticeship program.
• CDL Class A with Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Experience with distribution primary feeders, transformers, fusing and connections.

Responsibilities

• Perform lineman duties for overhead and underground electric distribution systems.
• Respond to emergency callouts after hours and on weekends.
• Safely climb poles and work on live distribution lines.
• Operate line construction and maintenance vehicles and related equipment.
• Adhere to company safety rules and OSHA requirements.
