Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of apprentice lineman training with B-200 written test (≥80%).
• Minimum 4 years line work experience for external candidates.
• Must possess and maintain a valid CDL A license.

Responsabilités

• Climb poles or ride in bucket to install/repair wires and hardware on poles.
• Install and repair underground facilities such as cables, transformers, pedestals.
• Install pole hardware and accessories (transformers, switches, fuses, insulators).
• Cover energized lines with rubber goods for safe handling without interrupting service.
• Use insulated poles (hot sticks) and protective gear for energized line work.
• Service streetlight systems and patrol power lines as needed.
• Perform similar or less skilled work as assigned.
