Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, in Nebraska, seeks a Journeyman Lineman Foreman for full-time duties. The role leads the construction, installation, maintenance and repair of electrical transmission and distribution lines, and mentors apprentices in safety and on-the-job training.

Travel is required and per diem eligibility applies. Qualified candidates will have an accredited Journeyman Lineman program or verified experience, supervisory background, ability to read construction

Qualifications

• Successful completion of accredited Journeyman Lineman program or documented journeyman through verifiable experience.
• Supervisory experience in a lineman role.
• Ability to read construction documents; read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction, installation, maintenance and repair of electrical transmission and distribution lines.
• Mentor apprentices in safety and on-the-job training.
• Erect, frame, climb and replace poles; operate aerial trucks and digger derricks.
• Travel required; comply with all safety policies.
• Ensure work aligns with customer specifications and company procedures.

IES Commercial Inc dba IES Electricalis looking for a full-timeJourneyman Lineman Foreman for work in Nebraska. Per Diem Eligibility Applies. $5000 new hire bonus after 6 months.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

Job Summary

Specific Qualifications
