Job summary

PacifiCorp in Worland, WY is seeking a District Lineman. This Journeyman position oversees distribution and transmission line work, meter reading and servicing, and customer-relations duties within the assigned area.

The role is full-time and onsite, requiring CDL, hot-stick training, and a strong safety and service mindset. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you guide crew activities and uphold PacifiCorp standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Journeyman Lineman certification or UWUA 127 testing.
• Formal Journeyman Lineman training program completed.
• Must meet board review of skills and experience.
• Formal hot stick training and experience.
• Must hold Class A CDL.
• Ability to represent PacifiCorp in customer relations within the local service area.

Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain distribution and transmission lines, servicing street lights, transformers and related equipment.
• Install, remove and read meters and metering devices.
• Investigate and resolve customer service complaints including radio interference.
• Collect delinquent accounts.
• Provide directions on the work for other team members.
• Serve as Working Foreman when additional Journeyman Linemen are sent to assist.
