SilkRoad is seeking a Journeyman Line Specialist (10C) in North Fort Myers, FL. The role requires serving on electrical distribution and transmission lines, with shift hours from 11:00am to 7:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Eligible candidates enjoy a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance up to $15,000, and a generous benefits package including 401(k) with company match and health plans. CDL Class A is required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proof of completion of a certified line worker apprentice program and/or four years of journeyman line worker experience.
• CDL Class A license required.
• Ability to meet physical demands described.

Responsabilidades

• Construction/maintenance of transmission and distribution facilities.
• Ensure facilities remain reliable and efficient.
• Assist in emergency repair and power restoration after outages.
• Respond to calls during regular work hours and after hours.
• Account for all construction materials and inventory.
• Work safely per LCEC accident prevention rules.
• Support storm restoration efforts during emergencies.
