Job summary

CACI is seeking a Journeyman Project Manager to lead IT initiatives under the GMOS contract for the Department of State. You will guide a high-performing team through planning, deployment, and ongoing support while aligning operational needs with product goals.

The role emphasizes deployment readiness, security compliance, and close collaboration with product, development, and enterprise operations teams to deliver mission-critical IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 4 years of related experience in PM, IT coordination, product management, IT operations, or program support
• Active Secret Clearance
• Proven IT project management and product lifecycle coordination experience
• Deployment readiness, operational requirements analysis, pre-deployment validation
• Strong IT services management understanding and cross-team collaboration
• Excellent communication and facilitation across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT project management services across the project lifecycle
• Establish processes to engage with Product Teams from planning to deployment and support
• Advise on infrastructure, security, monitoring, and support considerations
• Develop and update deployment readiness checklists for production readiness
• Facilitate collaboration between Enterprise Operations and Product Teams
• Conduct pre-deployment reviews and document issues for resolution
• Provide post-deployment monitoring, performance assessment, and remediation
• Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; report status to stakeholders
• Coordinate with development, operations, security and infrastructure teams
