Qualifications

• Four years of heavy industrial field experience as an Ironworker.
• Must own a locking toolbox and required tools.
• Able to demonstrate proper multi-part line block rigging (4 parts min).
• Must complete all pre-hire requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely identify and use advanced rigging procedures and equipment.
• Move material/equipment using lifts and cranes per plan.
• Set up steel framing and secure reinforcing elements per drawings.
• Read blueprints and visualize 3D structures.
• Perform oxyfuel cutting, including straight lines and shapes.
• Communicate effectively with crew; apply math for load calculations.
• Complete pre-lift checklists and assist with lift plans as needed.
• Follow hand signals and maintain safety standards.
