Job summary

Advanced Comfort Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman HVAC Service Technician to join our Home Services team. You will diagnose, repair, and service residential and commercial HVAC systems, while delivering exceptional customer service and managing daily workloads.

You will handle furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftops, and related equipment, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The role includes on-call shifts, weekend coverage, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

Journeyman HVAC license or ability to obtain one.
Strong residential and commercial troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to perform quality HVAC repairs.
Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical, refrigeration, and controls.
Experience servicing a variety of residential and commercial equipment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational and job-management skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Perform service and repair on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftops, package units, split systems.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control issues.
Identify root causes and recommend repair solutions.
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
Explain issues and options to customers clearly.
Provide professional, courteous customer service on every call.
Manage daily schedule and job responsibilities.
