Job summary

Advanced Comfort Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman HVAC Service Technician to join our Home Services team. You will diagnose, repair, and service residential and commercial HVAC systems, while delivering exceptional customer service and managing daily workloads.

You will handle furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftops, and related equipment, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The role includes on-call shifts, weekend coverage, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Journeyman HVAC license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong residential and commercial troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to perform quality HVAC repairs.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical, refrigeration, and controls.
• Experience servicing a variety of residential and commercial equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational and job-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule.

Advanced Comfort Solutions, Inc. (ACSI) is looking for an experienced Journeyman HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Home Services team.

We're looking for a skilled, self-motivated technician who can confidently diagnose and repair both residential and commercial HVAC systems, provide exceptional customer service, and manage their daily workload independently.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform service and repair on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, package units, split systems, and related HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control system issues
• Accurately identify the root cause of equipment failures and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Clearly explain system issues, repair options, and recommendations to customers
• Provide professional and courteous customer service on every call
• Effectively manage your daily schedule and job responsibilities
• Communicate with customers, dispatch, and the office regarding job status, additional needs, and return visits
• Maintain accurate job notes, documentation, and required paperwork
• Properly identify parts and materials needed to complete repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Participate in the company's rotating on-call schedule, including after-hours and weekend coverage
• Follow company safety, service, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Current Journeyman HVAC license or the ability to obtain a Journeyman license
• Strong residential and commercial HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Proven ability to perform quality HVAC repairs
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical components, refrigeration, and controls

• Valid and clear driver's license for past 5 years
• Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Rotating Weekends
