This role reports weekly to our Annapolis location and offers a signing bonus up to $10,000 plus a $10,000 Journeyman annual bonus, with income potential of $80,000–$175,000+ including high spiff earnings and guaranteed base.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with confidence.
• Perform tune-ups, maintenance, and system evaluations.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC components.
• Ensure all work meets local and national code requirements.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and trustworthy customer service.
